As the title suggests, this book covers everything you need to know about pregnancy and nutrition. It has chapters on nutrition before pregnancy, during each trimester, and after the baby has arrived (including specific information for breastfeeding mothers). Somer does a great job of compiling a large amount of information into an understandable format. Her charts give plenty of examples of good foods, which is really helpful during those "I-can't-think-of-what-to-eat" moments.
